Do you have a customer service desk where I can find out more about Indooroopilly?

Our friendly Customer Service team are on hand to assist with any questions you may have. They can also help you with equipment hire and gift card purchases.

The customer service desk is located on Level 2 at the bottom of the travelators. Customer Service is open during general centre opening hours and can also be contacted on 07 3378 4022.

How can I apply for Charity Fundraising Requests?

Our programs for community engagement are tailored to the needs of our local community and are often achieved through philanthropic donations, fundraising, providing space in-centre for community activities and events, working with local schools, and partnering with local charities to help raise both funds and awareness. To enquire further about how Indooroopilly Shopping Centre may be able to support your cause, please use our online enquiry form and a team member from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre will respond within 2 business days.

How can I find out more about a permanent leasing enquiry?

How many hours can I park for free?

Customers are able to park for FREE for up to 8 hours when they spend $200 or more at participating retailers in any one visit at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Simply present your receipts at the Customer Service Centre on Level 2 during shopping hours.

The first 3 hours of parking are free. Receive up to 4 hours free parking when you visit Event Cinemas or any participating Station Road Dining restaurant

Are pets allowed inside Indro?

Pets are not permitted inside Indooroopilly Shopping Centre other than Guide, Hearing or Assistance dogs (including certified companion pets) and RSPCA pop ups within a controlled environment. Please Note: Miscellaneous seasonal activations that are advertised such as Pet Santa Photos are temporarily permitted.

Do you have dedicated staff parking areas?

Indooroopilly Shopping Centre has dedicated staff parking areas to ensure the most convenient spaces are available to our customers. Staff new to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre must register their vehicle first. Do you have free wifi?

Indooroopilly Shopping Centre offers free centre-wide WiFi for WiFi enabled devices, all day, every day.

Do you have a Justice of the Peace service?

The Justice of the Peace may witness documents such as affidavits and statutory declarations. The JPs are located temporarily in the Brisbane City Council Library outside Event Cinemas.

Do you have a car wash?

Indooroopilly Shopping Centre has a dedicated car wash service provided by Star Car Wash. This is a paid service found on Level 5 of the carpark (enter via gate 5)
