Queensland’s first next generation Coles features the latest concepts in fresh food including an in-store Lavazza barista-brewed café and an innovative new kitchen concept offering customers a variety of freshly prepared meals including hot pizzas.

A market style seafood slab includes the introduction of an oven ready pouch and marinade service allowing customers to have their fresh fish prepared while they shop. For increased customer convenience, self-service checkouts and a parcel pick up service are also available.
