Indro’s Sensitive Santa experience is tailored to children with sensory challenges. Families can have their photo taken in a relaxed and calm environment outside of regular trading hours. 

Indro is proud to offer Auslan Santa for the first time this year. These sessions are available to children who use Auslan as their primary form of communication, offering them the chance to share their Christmas wishes with an Auslan fluent Santa.  
 
Developed in collaboration with Deaf Australia, these sessions will be longer and will have an interpreter on hand to facilitate the experience.  

For every family that books a photo with Santa this season, Indro will donate $1 to the Children’s Hospital Foundation as a part of our Gifts For Joy campaign to support families and kids in need. When visiting Santa World, each child will receive a token to place in Santa’s red mailbox located inside the maze. This will help us tally our donations and share the message of giving with your child/children. After your photo with Santa, each child will receive a little treat.

Online bookings are essential. Please note that these sessions book out quickly. Please note that Auslan Santa sessions are limited to Sunday 3 December and will book out quickly. 
 
Important information: 

• For easy access to Santa World, please park in Level P1 and P2, accessible via Gate 10 and 11. View carpark map here.
• To support your child in their experience, they will meet Santa first via the side entry at the photo desk. Once this exciting part concludes, they can then explore the Santa World maze which is themed as a Christmas candy land this year.
